Outcome: MarcusCicero would be banned from editing for one month, MarcusCicero would be stripped of sysop rights and these would not be reinstated without further moderation, and any sockpuppets of MarcusCicero are to be blocked and IPs he uses vandal binned. [1]
Summary: After a huge discussion[2] MC is banned by a community vote: 26 for, 2 against, and 4 goat.

Outcome: MarcusCicero would be banned from editing for two years, any sockpuppets of MarcusCicero are to be blocked and any IP address he edits from to be blocked for one day and their edits be reverted, and an adjacent decision was made to the community standards that members are not to use their users space or user talk space as a place for posting material from a banned user.
Summary: After Psygremlin bring MC to ATIM again, a huge argument ensues. [3][4] The vote was 20 for, 14 against, and 2 goat.
