Board of Trustees

The RationalWiki Board of Trustees is the group that was created by Tmtoulouse to control the RationalWiki Foundation after he stepped down as the sole owner of RationalWiki. The original group consisted of Tmtoulouse, Human, and Armondikov.

January 2011: An election to the Board was held, with four candidates running for three additional seats. The winners were Bob M, Eira, and Gooniepunk2010; ListenerX, finishing in last place, was later appointed to be their secretary.
May 2011: During the May 2011 crisis, shortly after carrying out the Saloon Bar Putsch, Armondikov resigned from the Board; the remaining trustees appointed ListenerX as his replacement.
July 2011: Eira resigned from the Board; Nutty Roux was appointed to fill her seat.
January 2012: Another election was held at the expiration of the 2011 term. Bob M declined to stand for re-election. WaitingforGodot was elected, along with all the incumbents running for re-election.
