Civic Cat is a petulant user known for creating bizarre or useless articles, then sulking dramatically when other users dislike or delete them. He seems to have the bizarre tendency to brag about the sites he has been banned/suspended from.^[2]

The Cat was initially sysopped by Ace, and then resysopped by Goonie following the purging of the userrights.^[3] He is notable for creating a list of music videos featuring barefoot females,^[4] and then launching into a huge debate over it on the articles talk page, mostly with Weaseloid.^[5][6] Brxbrx questioned Civic Cat's motive in creating this list, and suggested that part of CC's fetish was sharing it with others.^[7] Brxbrx then claimed that by posting the "article," CC was involving others in his sex life.^[8][9]

After a longish absense he returned to ask why things weren't like Wikipedia,^[10] and to protest article deletions by citing the First Ammendment.^[11] But mostly just to pick more fights. Some rather predictable disagreements over unwanted content and files he provided, such as a pirated photo from a foot fetish website,^[12] were followed by a rather predictable tantrum, in which he seemed determined to provoke P-Foster, Ty, and Weaseloid,^{[13][14][15][16]} users who had opposed him, but failed to provoke much response from any of them. In good old LANCB tradition, Civic Cat rounded off this little flurry of butthurt with threats to leave RW for good, and the spiteful deletion of every article he had created or file he had uploaded.^[17]
