Nebuchadnezzer was sysopped by Blue on 26 Jaunary 2011 [4]. He is quite productive, initially greatly expanding RW's economic section, as well as providing ammo for use against libertarians (in the market sense). He has broadened his horizons and also does extensive work on global warming and psychology related articles. He also has amazing userboxes[5]. Lazy typists refer to him as "Nebby". He initially had some problems with talk page format etiquette.
He gets along well with WaitingforGodot, and the two often have incredibly long conversations about science, feminism, and occasionally BDSM.
