Punching bag is a user. But they are an admitted sockpuppet of Gooniepunk2010. However, it is for him to block and yell at when he is angry. Tyrannis also does this regularly. However, as the account is "open to abuse by the fascist cretins at RationalWiki" It has been abused and blocked by quite a few people.

The account was originally named "Spambot" and used by Goonie as a bot to block and rename MarcusCicero.[1] After he was called out on it at the Chicken Coop, he renamed the user account to its current name and opened it up for vandalism.[2]
ColbertFan discovered the Punching Bag and proceeded to fill it's talk-page with random nonsense, attracting Dalek, Nebuchadnezzar, and Tyrannis. A huge minor debate over tea then followed. Colby apparently is in favor of putting sugar in his tea, enraging/exasperating Dalek and Ty, both of whom drink tea in the English fashion. Colby was also in favor of permabanning the punching bag so it could not edit it's own talk-page, meaning he was likely unaware of it's sockpuppet status.
