Well, since we (or just I) have consistently failed to follow our own blocking policy, why don't we just change it to something like "We leave it up to the good judgment of those with police privileges to determine the appropriate actions to take against trolls and vandals", and throw in a requirement that the blocker/locker explain themselves to anyone who asks? Good judgement is relative, I find, especially in your case. Your history of editing both here and there is a catalogue of whiny drama queenism and cringeworthy childishness. Hardly a representative sample from a man of reason. Just use your common sense and unblock all of my accounts, it serves no purpose to leave me blocked when I can circumvent it as will.
