This is a very unlikely coincidence. Two accounts, created within two minutes of each other on a site where we average about one new account a day, of two users who are strongly suspected to be the same person? I have Mentioned before the difference between Evidence and Proof. My Point is that you seem to confuse One for the Other. CP does the same, as can be seen when they block users who happen to Create Accounts at the same time as Vandals. Nevertheless the probability that these Two Users are One and the Same is very High, and not only for the Reasons Outlined here.

This raises an interesting issue - people "spoofing" RW user names. Perhaps if there is any doubt we could go to RW and ask the "owner" of the name there to affirm or deny ownership of the name here? human^{be in} 23:35, 7 March 2009 (UTC)

It might, or might not, be the case that I, or some other person, was, or was not, the person, or persons, who created, or did not create, these accounts. There's no proof that anyone here is who they're purported to be. I, for one would refuse to admit, on RW, who I was on RWW. Here there is still checkuser & it could be used to identify RW IPs.
